Project Detail
The Ashbourne community includes major external road upgrades designed to manage future traffic demand and improve connections to the wider region. A new two-lane, two-way north-east link road will provide a direct connection to the Illawarra Highway, helping to redirect traffic away from Yarrawa Road and reduce pressure on the Moss Vale town centre. The project also delivers an upgraded Illawarra Highway intersection with improved safety and capacity, forming an essential part of the transport network that will support the long-term growth of Ashbourne.
Our Role
Benaiah is managing the design and delivery of the external road upgrades for Ashbourne, including all coordination with Transport for NSW and the preparation of the Works Authorisation Deed. Our role also involves working with adjoining landowners to manage land acquisition needs, access arrangements and property interfaces to enable construction of the new north-east link road and the upgraded Illawarra Highway intersection.
