Project Detail

Ashbourne Moss Vale is a 124ha master planned community by Novm comprising 1,200 residential lots, enabling water & sewer infrastructure, TfNSW road upgrades, and community open spaces. Located within the local surrounds of historic Moss Vale, Ashbourne brings new families to the Southern Highlands, providing green open spaces, new lakes, family parks, and other recreational areas, complementing the natural beauty and rolling hills of Moss Vale.

Our Role

Benaiah has been engaged by Novm to provide specialist project and construction management across all stages of the Ashbourne development. Our role has encompassed subdivision delivery, enabling infrastructure, estate entry works and community open spaces, while coordinating multiple authorities to unlock the broader development. Aspects of the development include:

  • 1,200 residential lots delivered over 6 stages
  • Enabling sewer & water infrastructure comprising a sewer treatment plant, pump station, emergency storage tanks, rising mains, and additional water tower.
  • Variety of Open Spaces including parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, lakes, and recreation areas.
  • Road upgrades and connections such as roundabouts & link road interfacing, including TfNSW roads upgrades.
