Project Detail

Ashbourne is a major master planned community in Moss Vale that combines the character of the Southern Highlands with an extensive network of parks, open spaces and recreation areas. The estate is centred on a large lake system and a series of green corridors that link district parks, neighbourhood playgrounds, lookout points, nature-based play areas and shared paths. These spaces are designed to sit comfortably within the rural landscape while supporting environmental performance, water-sensitive design and accessible recreation, creating a high-quality open space network for the growing community.

Our Role

Benaiah is engaged to manage the end-to-end delivery of all open space and public domain packages within the Ashbourne master plan. Our responsibilities include design coordination, authority approvals, procurement, construction management, defect resolution and handover across multiple stages.

We are responsible for the following open space packages:

  • Coomungie Park (delivered)
  • Central Lake Park
  • Village Hub Park
  • Adventure Playground Park
  • Windbreak Park
  • Lookout Park
  • Eastern View Park
