Location:
Moss Vale, NSW
Project Discipline:
Urban Development, Open Space & Infrastructure
Role:
Project Management & Superintendence
Description:
End-to-end delivery of the major water, wastewater and sewer infrastructure required to service the Ashbourne development, supporting more than 1,500 future homes.
Project Detail
Benaiah is overseeing the planning, approvals, design and delivery of all core servicing infrastructure for the Ashbourne community. This includes a new potable water reservoir and trunk water mains, a wastewater treatment plant for 400+ lots, a sewer pump station servicing over 1,000 homes, and a 2.6km pressurised sewer rising main. Works span bulk earthworks, tank and lagoon construction, deep excavations, valve and pump systems, control panels, emergency storage, multiple under-bores (including ARTC), electrical upgrades, and live-network connections. All assets are being integrated with Wingecarribee Shire Council’s broader water and wastewater network, with the reservoir land dedicated to Council for long-term operation.
Our Role
Benaiah provides full development management, project management and superintendency across all servicing stages. This includes coordinating hydraulic and civil design, navigating complex approval pathways (DA, Section 68, WICA, IPART, ARTC), managing procurement and tendering, overseeing construction delivery, and ensuring each asset aligns with Council’s servicing strategy and the broader development staging. We also manage trunk mains, pump systems, treatment infrastructure, power upgrades, and the delivery and dedication of key assets to Council.
