The 8 Ha development is nestled into the corner of the existing Caddens Hills development, with surrounding open space and Blue Mountains views. Located just 7 minutes from Penrith City centre, the community is nestled within locally shopping centres, playing fields, parks and recreational facilities.

Our Role

Benaiah was engaged to provide project management and construction superintendency services of the Cadden Hills Quarter development; We successfully navigated the development framework to deliver:

  • Demolition of existing multi-storey industrial building
  • Stage 8 & 9 (121 residential lots)
  • Stage 8 & 9 raingarden and bio-basin
  • Conversion of Stages 2, 4 & 5 bio-basins to ultimate raingarden designs
