Project Detail

Jacaranda is a new master planned community in Glossodia where the landscape and open space network set the tone for the entire development. Designed by Taylor Brammer, the community includes more than 160 acres of green corridors, conservation areas and recreational spaces centred on a seven-acre lake. Bushwalking trails, playgrounds, BBQ areas and a dedicated dog park connect throughout the estate, supported by viewing platforms, boardwalks and other simple structures that enhance the natural setting and create a relaxed, outdoor-focused environment for residents.
