Project Detail
Jordan Springs is an award-winning master planned community by Lendlease. The community is home to approximately 13,000 residents and is surrounded by a vast 900 hectares of regional park. Located just 7km from Penrith City centre, the community creates its own outdoor culture, encompassing two lakes, nine outdoor children’s parks, town centre, two sporting ovals, shops, trails, community and learning resources and facilities including the first Lendlease Touched by Olivia Foundation all-inclusive playground.
Our Role
Benaiah was engaged to provide specialist development management, project management and construction superintendency services of the Jordan Springs open space development by lendlease communities. We successfully navigated the approval and development framework to deliver:
- East West North South & Central Riparian Corridors (2.4km in length)
- Main & East Lake ($8m)
- Brick Kiln Park ($5m)
- Edge Pocket Park ($1m)
