Project Detail
27 Mason Road delivers a mixed-density residential precinct in line with the Box Hill DCP, starting with the subdivision of the site and creation of a new internal road network. The project includes 49 two-storey townhouses and a seven-storey residential flat building with 86 apartments, planned to meet the DCP’s requirements for neighbourhood character, density, height and site layout.
Our Role
Benaiah is managing all development and project management activities for the subdivision and built-form components at 27 Mason Road. This includes design coordination, authority approvals, servicing and certification pathways, procurement and contractor engagement, and construction oversight for the new road network, the townhouse precinct and the residential flat building, along with ongoing coordination with consultants, authorities and project stakeholders.
