Situated within the Menangle Park development, the project included the approval, design and construction of an Interim Operating Pump Station (IOP) to service subdivision Stages 3 & 4 including +500 lots, sewer gravity main extension, new sewer rising main and TfNSW road under-bore to service.
Our Role
Benaiah was engaged to provide project management and construction superintendency services of the Menangle Park development; We successfully navigated the development framework to deliver:
- IOP Station to service +500 lots
- 1.1km sewer rising main
- 265m sewer gravity main
- Transport for NSW (TfNSW) road under-bore
