New active and passive open space including four playing fields, amenities building, playgrounds, picnic areas, boardwalks, shared paths, lighting and riparian rehabilitation.
Project Detail
Playing Fields Park delivers four sports fields, kick-about areas, an amenities building, a themed playground, picnic spaces, shared paths, car parking and park lighting to create a well-equipped community sporting precinct.
The Southern Riparian Corridor provides a more natural open space with an elevated boardwalk, fitness and play elements, picnic shelters, open lawn, retained bio-basin and educational signage, supported by new planting to strengthen the riparian environment.
Our Role
Benaiah is overseeing the design approval process for both projects, coordinating consultants, managing authority feedback and ensuring all plans and documentation meet Council requirements for submission and endorsement.
