Menangle Park is a major master planned community by Dahua Group located in Sydney’s growing south-west, designed to deliver a fully integrated residential precinct supported by new transport links, open space networks and essential civil infrastructure. The development establishes a long-term urban framework that will accommodate future neighbourhoods, community facilities and local centres while enhancing connections to the surrounding regional corridor and the emerging Greater Macarthur Growth Area.
Our Role
Benaiah was engaged to provide specialist development and project management of major infrastructure development by Dahua Group Australia. We successfully navigated the planning and approval framework of TfNSW, Local Government, and Endeavour Energy to secure the approvals for:
- TfNSW Signalised Intersection
- TfNSW 4 lane roundabout
- TfNSW property access slip lanes
