Menangle Park is a major master planned community by Dahua Group located in Sydney’s growing south-west, designed to deliver a fully integrated residential precinct supported by new transport links, open space networks and essential civil infrastructure. The development establishes a long-term urban framework that will accommodate future neighbourhoods, community facilities and local centres while enhancing connections to the surrounding regional corridor and the emerging Greater Macarthur Growth Area.
Our Role
Benaiah was engaged to provide specialist development and project management of the Menangle Park development by Dahua Group Australia. We were successful in unlocking the initial project approvals and progressing development on site wide earthwork, ecology and utility strategies. Our project management and construction expertise delivered:
- 1,200 residential lots across 4 stages
- Lead-In infrastructure comprising a sewer Interim Operating Procedure (IOP), water mains.
- Open Spaces including parks, playgrounds, playing fields, and lookouts.
- Arterial spine road infrastructure, in addition to multiple TfNSW road upgrades comprising a signalised intersection, 4 lane roundabout, and property access slip lanes.
