Engaged by Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) NSW Government, the services included the approval, procurement and management of complex demolition projects spanning across Sydney including; Kurnell, Woronora and Orchard Hills. The demolition projects were constrained by limited access, hazardous materials, and dilapidated conditions.
Our Role
Benaiah was engaged to provide construction management services for Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) NSW Government:
- Kurnell – clandestine drug laboratory demolition
- Orchard Hills – multi-storey contaminated dwelling demolition
- Woronora – multi-storey contaminated dwelling demolition and site remediation
