Oxford Gardens is a new and vibrant community by Billbergia, delivering 92 residential Torrens title lots within the Campbelltown City Council LGA in Ingleburn, situated in Sydney’s growing south-western corridor.
The development is designed to provide high-quality neighbourhood living supported by new public domain upgrades and integrated infrastructure, improved connectivity and upgraded intersections enhance accessibility for future residents.

Our Role

Benaiah was engaged to provide specialist project management and construction superintendency services for the Oxford Gardens development. We successfully navigated the development approvals and delivery framework to manage the construction of:

  • 92 residential lots
  • A 3,500m3 capacity underground OSD tank and integrated water quality Fillterra basin system
  • S138 intersection and culvert upgrade works
  • Vegetation restoration works
