Project Detail

Panorama North Wilton is Landcom’s flagship greenfield master planned community within the emerging North Wilton Growth Area. The project establishes the broader vision for the 6 Star Green Star community by laying the foundations of the arterial road network, servicing infrastructure, and public open spaces to enable future neighbourhoods and support the long-term growth of the wider masterplan.

Our Role

Benaiah has been engaged by Landcom to provide holistic construction superintendency services for Panorama. Our role has included delivery of 4 civil subdivision stages, critical lead-in servicing infrastructure, multi-lane roundabout, feature entry landscaping, and a TfNSW Hume Hwy Bridge upgrade. Aspects of our role include:

  • 700 residential lots delivered over the initial 4 stages
  • Enabling sewer & water infrastructure comprising a sewer Interim Operating Procedure (IOP), and lead-in water mains.
  • Upgrade of existing TfNSW access bridge over the Hume Highway
  • Feature entry landscaping package
