The Hermitage is a large master planned community in Gledswood Hills, delivering new residential neighbourhoods supported by extensive civil infrastructure, open space networks and upgraded transport connections. The development establishes a coordinated urban structure that integrates housing, landscaping, water management and recreational amenity, contributing to the broader South West Growth Area and supporting long-term community growth.
Our Role
Benaiah Project Management and Sekisui House worked together to expand the living capacity in the Camden Council LGA. Assisting in the creation of new living spaces for 300 families in The Hermitage estate is something Benaiah holds in high esteem. Through our well-founded knowledge and skill in the delivery process, our accountability and integrity in our day to day operations were a key success in this rewarding project.
