Description:

Delivery of a 320-lot residential subdivision featuring 3.2 hectares of open space, two OSD rain-garden basins, and all lead-in sewer and electrical infrastructure. The project includes TfNSW-approved intersection upgrades, targeted vegetation rehabilitation works, and the management of complex interface constraints involving high-pressure gas mains running through the site and a heritage-listed WaterNSW supply canal along the boundary.

Project Detail

The Ranges by Legacy Property is a new 40ha community currently being shaped in the Scenic Hills region of Gledswood Hills, within the Camden Council LGA. This development will deliver approximately 320 future homes along with quality open space park provisions for residents.

The project provides a balanced mix of lot sizes to cater for a wide range of purchasers. The Ranges is conveniently located in Sydney’s growing south-western corridor and is well connected to nearby amenities, including schools, train stations, and shopping centres.

Our Role

Benaiah was engaged by Legacy Property to provide specialist project management and construction superintendency services for The Ranges. This includes the coordination and navigation of all required designs, approvals and authority interfaces.

  • Coordination with Jemena & APA for high-pressure gas mains traversing the development, including managing road and utility crossings around three live high-pressure gas assets
  • Water NSW heritage-listed Upper Canal forming the site boundary, including ongoing coordination to obtain Access Consents and Construction Licences for works adjacent to and within Water NSW land
