The Wedderburn Bridge Upgrade is a critical infrastructure project improving safety, resilience and connectivity along the rural road network linking Wedderburn to Campbelltown. The works address aging bridge infrastructure, enhance load capacity, improve flood immunity and provide a more reliable transport link for local residents, emergency services and surrounding rural properties.
Our Role
Benaiah was engaged by Campbelltown City Council to provide specialist project management and construction management services for Wedderburn Bridge infrastructure delivery works. The road upgrade works included:
- Bridge construction 50m deck span
- Live traffic management & live water flows
- Lead-in approached and abutments improvements
- Delivery within active river bed in federally listed forest
- Management of State reporting for funding purposes
