WHAT WE PROVIDED

Benaiah was appointed for project management of various play spaces within regional towns of New South Wales. Working with NSW Government Planning, Industry & Environment team as a key stakeholder, these projects funded between the State Government, Local Councils and various charities enabled the opportunity to construct new all-abilities playgrounds to facilitate inclusive play for the community. Boasting a strong mix between manufactured equipment and nature-based play equipment, along with community based artwork and council public amenity facilities, these features tied seamlessly into the surrounding specialised landscaping.

OUR ACHIEVEMENT

This project was especially rewarding for Benaiah, with positive impact for the local community immediately materialised on opening day. Our contribution of early tasks during the design and planning phase such as workshops for collaboration and brainstorming in line with best practise recommendations, as well as identifying early absolute budget limitations sets the correct framework for delivery. Moving into the construction phase, forecasting potential project risks and variations, along with value engineering workshops and the development of a quality contract specification, these factors were critical in the successful delivery of these play spaces.
