WHAT WE PROVIDED

Benaiah was engaged to provide specialist program and project managements of the $150m Parks for People program by the NSW Government.

We successfully managed the below:

• All aspects of project and program management

• Procurement strategy, detailing and management

• REF, Concept Design and Detail Design

• Government Stakeholder and Council Stakeholder management

• Construction Tender, Contract preparation

• Construction Management  

Our construction and contracts team were engaged for the composition of tender documentation and contract specification, and lead the tender management process to contractor appointment. We managed all aspects of construction delivery including Project, Program and Construction Management through to asset opening.

OUR ACHIEVEMENT 

We were successful in managing design approvals and delivering the initial $50m in value of open space projects throughout 7 different council LGA’s within Sydney, creating improved open space amenity for local communities.
