WHAT WE PROVIDED

Jordan Springs is an award-winning master planned community by Lendlease. The community is home to approximately 13,000 residents and is surrounded by a vast 900 hectares of regional park. Located just 7km from Penrith City centre, the community creates its own outdoor culture, encompassing two lakes, nine outdoor children's parks, town centre, two sporting ovals, shops, trails, community and learning resources and facilities including the first Lendlease Touched by Olivia Foundation all-inclusive playground.

Benaiah was engaged to provide specialist development management, project management and construction superintendency services of the Jordan Springs development by a private development company. We successfully navigated the approval and development framework to deliver:

  • Lakefront integrated development of 11 lots 

  • Lakefront development of 49 three story dwellings, integrated development

  • Concept Management of 2 apartment buildings 

We provided various services throughout the various stages of the land development, infrastructure and public open space works including:

  • Development Management

  • Project Management

  
OUR ACHIEVEMENT 

We were successful in unlocking the project approvals of high density integrated residential products including dual products per lot, three story developments with possible passive income for purchasers. Our development management expertise lead to an increased yield for the development, and provision of a quality transitional product from existing unit development to standard housing products.
