Benaiah was engaged to provide specialist development and project management of major infrastructure development by Dahua Group Australia. We successfully navigated the planning and approval framework of TfNSW and Local Government to secure the approvals for:
TfNSW Signalised Intersection
TfNSW 4 lane roundabout
TfNSW property access slip lanes
Our construction and contracts team were engaged for the composition of tender documentation and contract specification, and lead the tender management process to contractor appointment.
OUR ACHIEVEMENT
We were successful in unlocking the initial project approvals and progressing road infrastructure developments enabling improved access for future land development opportunities. Our construction expertise lead to securing a competent experienced contractor for the project, bringing this significant development to fruition.
