WHAT WE PROVIDED
In 2018, Dahua Group appointed Benaiah Project Management to assist with planning, design, approvals, and delivery of the first stage of the upcoming master planned community – the Menangle Park Sales and Information Centre.
From bulk earthworks, to final fit-out of the Sales Centre including surrounding landscapes, relocation of Telstra’s major fibre optic trunk infrastructure asset, and pavement construction of a lead in slip lane and car park under RMS and council specifications, this project is inclusive of all elements of construction.

Benaiah Project Management worked on behalf of Dahua Group to successfully bring the first stage of the forthcoming community to life. The creation of the Sales & Information Centre is a key hub for future residents to gather together to understand their potential living spaces and surrounding facilities of this exciting new master planned community.
