These projects are especially rewarding for Benaiah, as the positive impact for the regional communities is immediately apparent on opening day. Our contribution of early tasks during the design and planning phase such as workshops for collaboration and brainstorming in line with best practise recommendations, as well as identifying early absolute budget limitations sets the correct framework for delivery. Moving into the construction phase, forecasting potential project risks and variations, along with value engineering workshops and the development of a quality contract specification, these factors were critical in the successful delivery of these play spaces.
