RUOK Day at the office

Today we stopped for a collective office morning tea with Trinity. We chatted about RUOK day and suicide prevention week. We enjoyed coffee and cupcakes and genuinely catching up with one another. Although RUOK Day is just a day, we purchased some of their merchandise to hang all year round, to remind us to have these important conversations; not just on the 10th of September.
