Welcome Ahmad!

The Benaiah team continues to grow. We are excited to announce that Ahmad Ali has joined Benaiah Project Management as Development Director who will lead a group of talented Project Managers.

Ahmad has over 15 years of experience in masterplanned residential subdivisions, major infrastructure and builtform working with Lendlease (as the developer) and others (as the consultant). He has managed and delivered a full life cycle of a development and managed various aspects of the development from operations, commercial, planning, sales, marketing, community relations etc bringing successful results for the business and part of the UDIA NSW's winning Masterplanned Communities project in 2014. Ahmad understands the drivers for development but more importantly how to deliver projects for both the clients and asset owners. He has strong strategic, commercial and stakeholder management attributes making his skill set a unique one for many developers looking for someone to assist beyond just Project Management and Superintendency.
