WHAT WE PROVIDED
Benaiah managed the delivery of these subdivision projects in The Hermitage community between 2018 & 2019. Each of the five stages consist between 10 to 33 Lots, with 112 Lots delivered in total.

Adjacent to the main hub of the Gledswood Hills main village and primary school, Benaiah ensured the quality and timely delivery of these key milestones for Sekisui House Australia.
With many of these sub-stages running concurrently, the project team saw a number of challenges in the duration of the projects, which were overcome by the efficiencies created by Benaiah due to their close proximity. As we oversaw construction for Sekisui House on these multiple neighbouring sites, Benaiah created synergies in the management approach mitigating delivery risks to the client.
