WHAT WE PROVIDED
During early 2019, Benaiah was engaged as Principals Representatives on the first stage of this exciting 184 Lot subdivision. Along with previous engagements for similar stages under The Hermitage master plan, Stage 32 is the largest delivery scopes in the estate to date.
Amongst a significant portion of land, Benaiah worked on behalf of Sekisui House Australia during the bulk earthworks phase, where a substantial volume of material was imported to bring the site to design levels. The scope was then extended to Benaiah to manage delivery of the 6m high structural sandstone retaining walls, key access roads off Camden Valley Way and Providence Drive, and critical lead in utilities, where our technical knowledge in Civil Engineering became of large importance to the overall success of the project.

OUR ACHIEVEMENT
Benaiah Project Management and Sekisui House worked together to expand the living capacity in the Camden Council LGA. Assisting in the creation of new living spaces for 184 families in The Hermitage estate is something Benaiah holds in high esteem. Through our well-founded knowledge and skill in the delivery process, our accountability and integrity in our day to day operations were a key success in this rewarding project.
