The Hermitage

The Hermitage at Gledswood Hills is a vibrant, master planned community situated in Sydney's thriving South West. Benaiah managed the delivery of five stages of subdivision projects in The Hermitage community between 2018 & 2020.

Located adjacent to the main hub of Gledswood Hills village and Primary School with many sub-stages running concurrently, the duration of the projects produced challenges. Mitigating delivery risks by creating a synergistic approach to management and overseeing multiple construction sites ultimately ensured the quality and timely delivery of these key milestones for Sekisui House Australia.
