What brought you to Benaiah?
Having previously worked on large scale high rise towers in Sydney City amongst a team of hundreds, I found this experience to be significant in shaping my professional skillset as an individual. However when presented with the opportunity to work in a boutique organisation with high culture I couldn’t pass it up. Driving outcomes in a more senior position while surrounded by a supportive team of friends is the working environment I’d prefer. If you’re working long hours you want to make it feel as close to home as possible!

The team. We all care about each others work and personal goals. No matter what else is happening is our busy days we will take the time to catch up with each other regardless of the agenda or nature of the conversation. All Benaiah staff are my friends of whom I love to spend time with in and out of work hours.
Pub Lunch Friday’s are also a bonus.

What do your weekends look like?
Activities galore. As many as I can fit into that small 2 day window. All categories covered: Family, Leisure, Fitness, Socials. Might start out with a swim bike or run, into coffee’s with the gents, sneak in a surf or mountain or bike ride with a few mates, and then catch up with the family for a Sunday night dinner.
